Digital sensors provide a direct digital output, are easier to interface with microcontrollers, and often include built-in calibration. Analog sensors output a voltage or current that must be interpreted by additional circuitry.

Install it in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or moisture ingress. For indoor use, avoid placement near HVAC vents or windows.

The shell is made of high-strength ABS plastic material.

Our sensors have been calibrated before they leave the factory, and there is no need for customers to perform secondary calibration.

Typically, sensors last 3–5 years depending on the environment and usage. Harsh conditions may shorten their lifespan. Regular maintenance extends service life.

Factors include sensor placement, environmental conditions (dust, condensation), aging, and lack of calibration. Choosing high-quality sensors and proper installation helps maintain accuracy.
